You getting your mortgage lender license doesn't mean you suddenly have access to unlimited capital btw. 

All of sudden, the heat and air condition does not work, the stove does not work and tenent stated that nothing is smoking or smells burnt but notices  melted plastic near the heating system. 

Yeah not sure it's a bubble so much as - this month everything suddenly jumped up and very low inventory so people are in a panic. 

Some markets that are niche vacation-only STR markets may see a better picture using this but what I'm seeing is the past year there were a lot of advance bookings due to a surge in national travel and COVID concerns.

Get someone in there to fix damage, replace vinyl flooring and toilet before she and her child suddenly get sick from the mold in your property and sue you.

More and more "buyers" I'm coming in contact with seem to be concerned with having to do "alot of maintenance" ie corner lots have about twice as much mowing and potential tree work..Then you are exposed to the Crazy Bad driver who suddenly jumps off the road drives across your yard and totals two of your favorite toys parked securely in your drive way.
