@Stephen Robertson I have since posting this switched a bunch over to smartkey...But having older properties with old doors and special locks its difficult to switch some over.I agree the smartkey locks work great for switching and re-keying easily. 

It really is a special skill set.As mentioned above, run your numbers before deciding as some properties are not worth the extra work and investment.
