Hello BP,

I'm typing my direct mail letter template out (no it'll be handwritten for mailing) and I want to accentuate the most common frustrations with renting.  Looking for a list of the most common frustrations and annoyances with dealing with rentals.

Thanks for all you help BP!

Cozy emailing me every time a rental deposit is made into my checking account.  Unfortunately, has interrupted my nap, fishing or hunting on more than one occasion. Seriously, making money can be hard work, however, rental income is the easiest money I've ever made.
