The "decontamination" you're being pitched is a scam.

She is not against these Acts, they are right down her way of thinking and she will be supporting them 100% I'm sure.The only case that I have heard of was one in RE where they used the Postal Inspector General to nail a mortgage investor/broker scamming investors and nailed him for mail fraud.

@Brandon Turner I have a few requirement for animal owners that tends to weed out those scamming the system:Current vaccination record from local vet clinic.

I devote my career to helping and educating people, not scamming them and ripping them off.

We understand some people think everything is a scam and they don't believe in opportunities that are too good to be true.  

Within two days, we realized the lender who was going to loan us the 35k was a scam and then never heard back from the listing agent about our offer.

We are currently in the middle of a scam by erentpayment.com.  

I think this guy is a scam, he contacted me also, and his rate are way to good to be true, he also wants 3k upfront.
