not really feasible to pay for title If your going to be bidding on auction properties since maybe one out 50 actually go to auction.you need to be able to do this yourself.and of course out here on the west coast since all our title plants have been moved off shore we can get title date downs over the phone in about 90 seconds.. you guys have to use leg work UGH

Some very seasoned investors completely avoid any location near a big three auto plant (think Detroit and many of the rust belt cities) while others see opportunities not to be missed.Low prices could mean the deal of the lifetime or it could mean a money pit that you can not sell or rent.Tell us what you see when you look around.As this is a new member introduction area what else can you tell us about yourself and your background?

However, it may be realistic to require that in the warmer months they only plant crops that use less water- there are some that are quite profitable.My educated guess- is this would reduce AZ water use by 5-10%, which is quite significant.All the above being said, areas that have an abundance of groundwater, like Sedona, are in great shape for water.

If the asset is low in value just hold on to it until it appreciates. after living and working my career through the mid late 70s bad economy.. the uber interest rates of the 80s along with the S and L crisis.the recession/depression of 89 to 92 in CA  the dot com burst of 2000  the mother of all the great GFC what I see is real estate resilience and ability to come roaring back..

My comments as to bible toting investors is my opinion formed from experience, it's my opinion that the most successful scammers and cheats (the ones that get away with what they do) have their feet well planted in their community as an upstanding religious individual who is beyound reproach and would never cheat anyone.

A "Special QCD" may describe what is transferred by a grantee, in the body of the text, but then that isn't simply a QCD, you should check with a title plant (insurance office) as to the title/deed to be insured.
