They make most of their money from the future sale of their products, although I'm sure they make a bit off the hardware and training, as well. 

@Thomas Don also I agree that banks will start lending on this more freely in the future it is very difficult to use this income right now for a conventional loan product and it is a problem

If the local bank is offering their own product which avoids PMI, even better. 

Sucks that products have gone up also.

The production process took just over 3 weeks to complete. 

But in turn you get a cheap product at the latter two… they work fine but they let a lot of light through.

I'm not sure I see the value from the landlord side unless it's a rent guarantee product. 

I have started that process they seem to lead me to finished product. they have brought a couple of properties that I like and thinking of brrrr them. does your property managing company vet renters & deal with evictions 

(And keep in mind, it's 6 months from close to close, and the refi is likely to take 45-60 days, so you can really start the application closer to 4 months out even if seasoning is required).A conventional cash out refi is one of the most common and popular loan products out there and you can't turn on the radio without hearing an advertisement for a refi.

Seems like these companies take the approach of wanting to get your sale once as opposed to having a product that lasts and having a customer for life.
