Just wait, it will get cheaper, then buy it and lease it to the organization running the halfway house call them first, they are probably a non-profit so you could do a triple net lease.

I have even managed to hunt down a closing agent, harder than I ever thought, who can and will do a double close.What I don't have is a company or organization that is willing to give the buyer a mortgage without my name on the deed or anything of the sort.
