Was a good experience though and Iv pretty much broken even so I look at it as good learning and paying 900 bucks for better credit (interest on loan)Its something ill consider If I ever acquire a commercial property though.

Some of my wholesaling buddies thought that trying to sell at a not good enough for wholesale discount to buy and hold investors was a waste of time too...until I did it.The way I see it, if I can make a few bucks from making some phone calls, it's no waste of time.

I have read and heard of many stories, some of which from the actual source, where this guy was crooked, scammed someone, or showed no integrity.This is just another example of some guru DB taking advantage of unsuspecting individuals hungry for the "quick buck" which we all know is not out there, you must work for it.

I want to try the fuller version for free but if you do that it won't let you downgrade to the cheaper one after the free trail is up.Would it be cheaper to get a developer to build a knockoff for me for 100 bucks or something that does the same thing??

Since you are in the driver seat, I would just call all parties involved below you, and let them know that it will not fly with the bank to have so many assignments.With that said, if someone does have an in buyer that is capable of closing the transaction, you may want to even give up a few bucks of your 10,000 to make the deal fly.
