The market is crazy most places and hitting the basic numbers can be a challenge; but if it were easy everyone would be doing it.

I have been actively skip tracing since before they had all those fancy programs that made it so easy!

Specifics such as do you all setup an LLC between each other, simple partnership paperwork, etc. and if you go for funding is it easy to apply with 3 or 4 people on it ?

I am looking for a cost-effective, easy accounting system that is user friendly for landlords or anyone with a very small rental business. 

For smaller properties, most easy opportunities have disappeared. 

I would say the process is pretty simple, but not necessarily easy.

I personally believe though that it is very easy to get into the trap of analysis paralysis if you go to deep into this.
