A few days leading up to the end of my trial period I started to call to cancel my membership.

I like the Bigger Pockets calculator but I can't justify paying for a pro membership to get unlimited use right now. does anyone have experience with the Vertex42 Rental Property Calculator https://docs.google.com/spread... or something else that might be a better solution?

I also have other ways to help you including our Closed Membership Fund and JV opportunities.

In my honest opinion the calculators made the pro membership more than worth the money.

The Pro Membership offers that as an advantage.Looking forward to reading how BP improves your investing business!

Having a Pro membership might be in your best interests though.

@Sheri Fluellen, As several have alluded to a membership position in an LP will not qualify for 1031 treatment.
