Why if your friend gets married (or divorced, or inherits money, or gets hit by a bus, or comes down with a debilitating illness or any other major life event?)

As I am looking to retiring from one job, I am looking forward to providing low income homes to abused women, homeless veterans, etc.

It is super durable and will hold up to the abuse of most tenants.  

I asked if he'd called the police because if he was willing to push him the mom was probably also being abused. 

In some cases the CAM charges the Title Company a fee thus hitting the "trifecta" by being paid three times for the same services.The Colorado legislature, along with the consent of DORA (Dept of Regulatory Agencies), passed a CAM licensing law and HB, 1254 Disclosure of Fees, to rein in this abusive fee.

Normally I would gladly grant permission however, this neighbor has a history of bringing legal action against neighbors and others who have denied her something she feels she entitled to.  

Can anyone confirm or deny this ?

.- Deny you property insurance.- Conduct property appraisals in a discriminatory manner.- Tell you that housing is not available for inspection, sale or rental when it is available.- Refuse Areasonable accommodations@ for a person with a disability.- Harass, coerce, intimidate, or interfere with anyone exercising a fair housing right or assisting others to exercise their fair housing rights.- Discriminate in the advertising of a house or apartment.- Treat you differently based on the source of your income.- Fail to aggregate income of all persons in the household for purposes of qualifying for a rental or home purchase.

They want to prevent people from abusing these loans.
