Hello everyone , I've heard a lot about this forum , and I decided to join him recently . I am considering investing in real estate in Bedford -Stuyvesant , Brooklyn . I realized that this neighborhood is on the rise in recent years . Can anyone confirm or deny this ? I'd love to learn . Thank you josh
