Hello everyone , I've heard a lot about this forum , and I decided to join him recently . I am considering investing in real estate in Bedford -Stuyvesant , Brooklyn . I realized that this neighborhood is on the rise in recent years . Can anyone confirm or deny this ? I'd love to learn . Thank you josh

Welcome Josh, Bed-Stuy has been very hot lately, but if you are looking in Brooklyn you look into Crown Heights, its the latest emerging neighborhood in Brooklyn.

bedstuy is a gold mine for investors i've helped investors buy a 300k property and then fix it up and ask for 1.3m . this is a booming business i made 10k finders fee for that transaction

am a big fan. bed stuy has rows and rows of beautiful brownstones still at reasonable price. think the area shd benefit from L line issue.
