LOL.get in the right spots rentals can be fine.. get in the wrong spot and you are going to deal with the meth druggies no doubt.Spring valley out east a little bit is a nice little area .. newer stuff.Upper lake is really cute and the down town has been made over nice.. we owed a 1,200 acre ranch that I grew up on when my dad was working the subdivisions and spent most of my summers there from 66 ish to 75ish.. its an eclectic place but it is regional with in the county some place icky some great.

The older man with a good steady job, and an old narcotics conviction from 20 yrs ago, a number of Hispanic families with steady jobs, and who understand that you're supposed to pay your rent every month, an older Hispanic gentleman who is paying about 80% of market rent (we inherited him when we bought the building) and is so grateful that he pays BEFORE the first of the month, a very well organized AA woman with kids and a job and Section 8.

A number of years ago I rented an AirBNB rental from a woman on AirBNB, and I recently checked out her profile and it turns out she has rentals all over the world now that allow her to travel all over.

Three of the four are stained concrete floors, wooden cabin feel walls and doors, and pretty cute vinyl homes on the outside with metal roofs. 3 different properties, 3 different sewer connections, the lot beside the last one is owned by the only other house on the road.
