Unbelievable to have this mindset and desire at such a young age, I wish I could've said the same.I agree with Bruce, you will be fighting an uphill battle but that's not the worst position to be in when the stakes are most likely very low.

The research you do in your downtime may have conflicting opinions on if it qualifies or not, but I would think most everyone would agree that the work you're doing specifically for your employer does not count.

I agree that it's not ideal to use if you don't need it but when rates decrease today's price will look cheap and you will regret waiting to purchase.
