I've created an account with EquityTrust a couple of months ago and saved a nice chunk of my retirement fund from the last brutal month on the stock markets... ...and the pain has just begun.

I begun my journey by investigating the market.

That means building a strong following organically (not buying followers) and sharing and posting good quality content. 

I was fortunate to meet a couple who have just begun flipping homes in my area.

We have been a rehabbed for investors for 7 years and have begun to purchase our own properties to rehab and sell.

I specialized in loan documentation and took over a loan department that was in bad need of re-organization.

It might be tough to juggle it all at the beginning but I’m sure I’d pick it up pretty quick as I currently run quite large projects for my company so I’m very good at organizing my time, other trades, have a good idea of how long things take, how much it costs, etc..

Must be a privately organized estate?

I'm happy to organize both an evening group (networking and a guest speaker) and a breakfast/coffee or lunch networking group.
