I'm not sure about California laws....some of it might depend on how the expiring lease was built....does it automatically revert to a Month to month lease after the expiration if nothing is signed?

There's others such as all the RentPath sites (rent.com, rentalhouses.com, rentals.com, lovely, etc) that is good too, not to mention Craigslist.You can do these all manually, or as Kevin said, if you are using software to manage your rentals hopefully it will syndicate your rentals to all these sites automatically and save you the time.
