What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I sold my property in April of this year.

Has anyone else dealt with this problem?

For this deal my family member would like to loan us the money to go towards this next property rehab. 

Is anyone investing in or near this area that can give me any insight to the market?

Plan was to do self storage; then found out the creek that sits a ways back flooded 5 years ago, not in a floodzone but all the locals know so self storage is a tough sell at this point. 

For anyone who has experience with this, 1) is this a good route to take?
