I am trying to sell a condo rental property and thought someone maybe had some good tips.Thanks, William Jobe Hey William,I am an agent and we also wholesale properties and therefore have experience with listings proeprties via FSBO.What I can tell you also from an agent point of view, is that zillow's default mode for example does not show FSBO listings UNLESS you change the mode to "Listed by Owner".So visiblity on these sites could be a little more difficult.I would suggest you list your property on Facebook.

Ultimately I think a lot of us are in real estate because we have found a way to make real estate fit our lifestyle and goals for the long term.

We are currently in the process of converting our garage to an ADU.

Both my partners and I invest in buy-n-hold rentals using our SDIRAs, SOLO401Ks, and traditionally outside of retirement accounts. 

My wife and I used the Fannie Mae conventional 5% loan for our duplex.

My assistant or I via Googling/people search sites, plus we use Batchleads, plus Fred down in FL (who used to be a private detective) on the hard-to-find ones........

Everyone here is still learning, and we all started our journey somewhere.

We try and split the difference between what our lease says, which is like yours - "two months rent".   

I've found a lot that fits our needs, but now I need to "walk the land". 

The ADU now covers over half the mortgage + additional monthly income per horse the tenant desires to keep on site.
