It took me a while to find my niche in mobile home investing.

@Luis TorricoHouse hacking a triplex in Riverside that had a bonus mobile home/travel trailer unit(4th-unit), renovated all three one by one doing a majority of the work our selves and now make about $1200/mo after mortgage and expenses and live for free, in my opinion house hacking is a great way to get started in so cal!

HI Patrick,have you thought about putting mobile homes instead of trailers?

My wife and I have recently saved up enough money to 100% purchase a mobile home.

It's hard to give you a recommendation without knowing if you're interested in mobile home parks, multifamily, flipping houses, wholesaling, etc.

What do you think about mobile homes in LI? 

Also, we are under contract to purchase a mobile home park within just a few miles of this property so we could also offer to keep them at their same rate and help them move into the units that we are adding to our 20 unit park (it is only half occupied at the moment).

It is a very old mobile home on its own lot.
