You can get the entire entree out here for that.Longer term, if California doesn't bankrupt itself trying to give citizens of other countries free health care or provide cell phones to the homeless, and actually makes the vision of the California High Speed Rail a reality, or self-driving cars become mainstream and allow commuters to work on the road to work, then Sacramento will absolutely fricking explode with Bay Area commuters.But then again, we may have FAR bigger problems on the horizon, with automation, robots and AI set to replace as much as 73 million jobs by 2030.

With your home office, you can deduct:- Office supplies- Utilities-Cell phone-Home phone-Internet-Cost of your computer (office equipment)Like I said, unless you're deducting a massive amount of square footage as your home office, you're unlikely to be audited anymore.

A 750 fico is pretty damn good if you are getting that. how long they lived at a previous address, and time on the job have been better indicators for me, as opposed to a missed cell phone bill.

Specialty items do call for the contractor taking care of it (in my opinion)Louise, I see what you are saying, but in my biz, if an additional gallon of paint or a facuet does not fit, my contractor will certainly get a hold of me via my cell.
