Does Anybody Use A Website/Landing Page for Repair Submissions?

All:

I currently have all of my tenants call my office manager on his personal cell phone directly for repair calls. I realize that this is not scalable as my portfolio gets larger.  I think a good step would be to set up a simple one page website / form / landing page for tenants to submit them online.  Does Google have anything that is good for landlords? Or is anybody using something simple that works for them now?

Any advice is appreciated.

Another option would be to consider a property management software suite such as Buildium - I use if for everything from application to tenant screening to accounting, document storage, and tracking of maintenance requests, and could not function (or scale up) without it.

For example, if a tenant enters a maintenance request, I can turn that into a work order, assign it (and email it) to a contractor from the system, and then pay the contractor via EFT or check out of the property's rental income (if desired) when I close out the work order. I couldn't imagine doing it manually.
