What if in 2019 or 2020 you keep waiting and waiting and then never make a purchase...My suggestion would be to continue to stay on the lookout for a MFH in your area and pull the trigger when you find a good deal.

Not sure I like the hard inquiry on my credit score but I assume the liquidity for the signature loans could be a home run for being able to pull the trigger much quicker and not lose a deal over a waiting period.
