I don't worry too much about die lots for rentals, if there is a variation in the color, it has always been slight enough, in my experience that you won't notice it unless you are looking for it.

If you are still in trial of the company it keeps them motivated to get the first part completed.Then you break down the rest of the job like you have done (because you have the bid and can do so by knowing the scope of work to be completed).20% of the rest of materials and 20% of more for labor - after the insulation, drywall, doors, trim.Etc.

Frankly, it is impossible to scale without mastering these skills, no matter where you invest. ... and it is impossible to effectively delegate a task that you know nothing about yourself, other than to just take the person's (or another person's) word for it that they know what they're doing and trial & error until you find good pros to work with and hope that the bad ones don't bankrupt you in the meantime while you have no direct control over your business ... other than that, the best way to learn about how to do that task that you would eventually like to delegate is to first master it hands on locally or watch over a master's shoulder, again, locally, which brings us back to doe, a deer, a female deer.
