the biggest influence on me so far has been a guy name Richard Crighton from las vegas,around my age just made 30 as a matter of fact,he doing quite a few big things in real estate these days and ive read about Trump but ive never met him,and Rich on the other hand i have and we talk real estate from time to time,he started soon as he graduated from hs and has built up quite an empire of his,his buisness partner/best friend his Chris Shelton the guy from the apprentice a few years back.I learn quite a bit from Bryan Alenky as well,he and I text and talk quite a bit on the phone as well ever since a few years back on here the young investors post someone put up on here.I also learn from here for free as well.

Theyre low cost and create a brand.Probably the one thing we dont do enough of is plant a for sale sign in the yards of the houses we have for sale with our name and number.

I see these little signs all over Las Vegas saying, "Become an RE Investor, earn $10-12K per month" I called a few of them and they all go to an automated voicemail and then someone calls you back and tells you they have a training program for you.

@Albert L. as @Jaysen Medhurst mentioned it's very common to get turned down for a personal loan after you've just made a large purchase since there is no collateral in case of a default.The best route is to do what you're doing getting a HML in the short time and then refinancing out in 6 months. 

This, in combination with Summerlin being one of the fastest growing and high-demand areas of Las Vegas, obviously has an impact on prices.

I am also open for a networking group  I live in Las Vegas just outside of Santa Fe.
