Technology allows us to collaborate with clients all over the US (and world) - for instance, I live in DC but have two clients in Mass - the only thing I can't do is shake their hands.

One of the standout aspects of this program is the incredible sense of community it fosters.

I don't think location matters, provided CPA is a strong communicator, and has modern tools to make it easy to collaborate.

As a realtor, I'm adapting by being active on social media, building a personal brand, collaborating with local influencers, and using social media to promote listings, all to provide the best possible service to clients, regardless of their definition of success.
