Do you get into the HOA politics at all or just ride under the radar?

I know they are not fashionable, especially on this board, but they get results.  

I have been having trouble finding them myself by doing the old fashioned door knocking and cold calling.Victorian Village in particular if you have anything please let me know.

I like it because its good money, weekly pay, I setup my own hours, and I've been able to network with so many people because a ride doesnt go by where a rider does not ask If i do this full time or not...which always leads to be a real estate investor by day....I always end up giving out a card or two each night I work. 

Its the very same if you had a building with hallways- children AND adults should not be running down hallways or riding bikes in the building, etc.

So much is riding on my getting this right for future deals that I was really hoping to have some of you professionals look over my shoulder so to speak.

ARV looks to be around 45K.Any ideas about how to find a contractor to ride along with me?
