If I am under 18, am I allowed to get my Real estate learning hours on a site like Real estate Express and have it count once I am 18?

Words can't express the excitement of looking at (and xeroxing before depositing) my first check from flipping a wholesale property.

Because I talk about it, and express that they should do it also. 

However, the owner is open to creative financing options, expressing that he'd like to avoid as much capital gains tax as possible.

I used Real Estate Express and was happy with them.

He was at the property when I looked at it with my realtor and STRONGLY expressed desire to stay (just shy of begging.)

There are some express train lines that in theory could provide good transportation between the Bronx and Manhattan if they would actually run express all the time, come more frequently, not run extremely slowly and stop randomly, and not keep having service changes that make the lines stop running on weekends and evenings.

My local Landlord Assn. in Maine has expressed interst in sponsoring legislation to make "theft of services" laws apply to tenants who don't pay their rent.  

@Jamal Robinson I can't speak for any one in particular but if you go to some meetups and express this need, some will take you up on it. 

Also, it is an expression of my opinion on the subject matter discussed.
