Anyone doing Rehabs in West Baltimore?

Newbie here with one rental under my belt in Petersburg, VA. Looking to pick up a rental/section 8 partial rehab in the Baltimore market in the next few months. Is Anyone working in the west Baltimore market who could give me some pointers or "Ok" areas/streets? Also any reputable GCs I could be referred to as I am about 1 and a half out from Bmore and cant commute there weekly?

Before you find the streets or blocks in Baltimore, you need to find a good realtor who knows the city, it is a plus if they understand the cost of the renovation

The right houses go very fast these days, they will be gone until you come down and check it out.
