It's fake.

Do they want you to take title as xLLC, your name as manager, like a trustee of a trust? 

Then you can talk to the mortgage company or payment processor yourself. 

It was a distress sale, so the price was right.

I think it would be tough and I would not spread yourself out that thin.

There are some options at lower deductibles but trust me you will pay for it!

Does anybody know of a lender that has DSCR loans that do not have this penalty?
