Also, I strongly suggest you use an oil based paint on cabinets.  

I am thru there 3 times a week , driving an oil truck for a friend .  

Spray the trim and cabinets with oil based paint.  

For example in 2022 when Tech index like the Q crashed, S&P only negative 10 percent because the stock from oil & gas industry is making huge money due to oil price. 

And surely you must know about how much natural oil seepage there is versus man made seepage.
