I use the Note Servicing Center out of Chowchilla California to service all loans and notes.  

Right now retail strip centers is what I am seeing for value add and stabilized at higher cap rates.Multifamily is tapped out for the most part.

If they are a smart tenant they will not go unless the money is substantial.For instance when banks foreclose often times they will have the agent in pre-listing stage go and offer cash for keys as they know it is easier to sell a vacant property.

She unfortunately is showing early stages of dementia.

Compared to the Bay Area, you can still find affordable homes here (a little bit away from city center) that would cash flow as rentals.  

Day 14:Well we finally have a *little more* excitement to report since this can be one of the more boring stages in the exciting world of rehab (there can be a lot of lag time between submitting permits/plans and waiting for approval.

So as long as the information you gave them is correct, you will move to the next stage.
