There is no capacity for making contributions to an IRA in-kind, and the IRS certainly has no interest in trying to properly attribute value to an individual's services as contributions - so much room for mis-interpretation and malfeasance....

Good Morning Everyone, I have been putting this off for a little bit because honestly I am kind of embarrassed but I realize that to learn I need to actually ask the questions that I need answers to so here it goes.for the refinancing portion of the BRRRR strategy I for some reason cant seem to wrap my head around how all the numbers work.

If that thing is highly unlikely to pass any kind of inspection or appraisal for standard/traditional bank financing, then who is going to buy it?
