Hawaii does have the highest cost of living index, so that will certainly be a barrier to entry, but I do think more people will choose to relocate there because of the natural beauty, the warmth, and one of the top (if not the very top) happiness levels out of all the states.

Hello beautiful people of  real estate, I am sharpening my axe (from brandon's book in  Lincoln reference) by analyzing a rental property one a day, this is how I start my journey into real state.

It would be a beautiful thing to close on a deal like this, yet if it is not correct then I am moving on because I know just be all the research I have been doing while I have been learning since December, there is no shortage of real estate.

Give a carpenter a saw, drill, router, hammer, sander etc and he can take some wood and turn it into a beautiful table and chairs. 

I looked at comps and there is one place charging 900 on my street but it beautiful and required a lot of upgrades.

Some of the newer ones nowadays are beautiful.

If it were real, the protests would not have been allowed.When the State tells you it’s safe to go to Home Depot to buy a sponge but dangerous to go and buy a flower, it’s not about your health.When the State shuts down millions of private businesses but doesn’t lay off a single government employee, it’s not about your health.When the State bans dentists because its unsafe, but deems an abortion visit is safe, it’s not about your health.When the State prevents you from buying cucumber seeds because it’s dangerous, but allows personal lottery ticket sales, it’s not about your health.When the State tells you it’s dangerous to go golf alone, fish alone or be in a motor boat alone, but the Governor can get his stage make-up done, and hair done for 5 TV appearances a week, it’s not about your health.When the state puts you IN a jail cell for walking in a park with your child because it’s too dangerous but lets criminals OUT of jail cells for their health- It’s not about YOUR health!

We agree that we do not want to invest in the inner cities which is within our budget of between zero and still paying off debt, because we don't want to become slumlords and believe that we can better society by fixing up sad properties and making something beautiful out of them.

The first is more like a small general store and a hair salon kind of town.
