We are just a young married couple looking to buy a home.I appreciate your insight on what we should consider saying when the time comes to play hard ball - and it is approaching quickly.

Renter went out and purchased policy, brought it back and dropped it on PM desk-OOPS!

We have a dog and cat that have brought fleas into the house and instead of using harsh chemicals, we spray this on the animals and floor, furniture and carpet.

Turn key is an option, and probably easier; however, were leaning more towards using the BRRRR method and David Green approach to investing from afar.

Due to the cracks in the sheetrock, and the other issues that came up during the inspection, I brought a friend of mine back to look at the foundation. 

What has brought me to post on The forum is to start inquiring about my next move… I have my first investment property in which has come to be a decent investment, more for the appreciation value and not so much the ROI.
