If it were a cash transaction I'd suggest joint tenants with you holding a 1st position lien for the proceeds you injected into the deal.

Hi Everyone, I was wondering if anyone has experience with using your rental property as a halfway house for companies such as “oxford house”.

I'm also wondering if its contractually legal to do that without disclosing penalties after the arbitrary rate lock period. 

It tested low: Highest levels are .3, well below the 1.5 legal limit for contamination.However, it’s been suggested that I still might want to hire a remediation company to do HEPA-vac + wet wipe throughout the home.

However, my uncle who handles short-term rentals suggests I might could make much more turning it into short-term rental. 

I have some ideas of how to get them to market but wondering what other people would do!
