you can PM me and I can give you a contact for a drywall contractor I have used several times   (he can do everything from drywall through paint and interior trim work)  I don't know his availability though but its a family operation out of Burien)yes,  everybody is busy with big commercial projects.   

One even snuck in a cat on me that peed and I had to yank up the flooring, trim and some drywall even.Thats probably the worst you're looking at.

Without question, go with a stainless steel sink....SELF rimming (not with the separate trim ring) and be sure to caulk it well, all the way around to prevent water to seep back under the edge and delaminate (or rot) the cut edge of the countertop.

Schluter seems to have a better complete line of trim accessories than others. 

He said he will hire an arborist and will trim it and ideally wants it cut down and he keeps calling asking me if he could cut it down.

I thought I wanted to DIY but a week in and SO MUCH TRIM later, I'm second guessing.

It bent the locking bar and ruined the seal trim on the window.

Even with my husband being a woodworker (building cabinetry, framing, installing trim, building vanities, etc.), his best friend being an electrician that rewired our addition and installed all of our new lights, my father owning a construction management company (getting us deals on some labor and materials) and my father in law being a general contractor, we still spent quite a bit on our renos.

I picked nice paint colors, a nice light gray on the interiors, a nice pale blue in the bathrooms and an awesome slate with white trim on the exterior.
