This lady's lease apparently allows 14 days worth of overnight guests.

I've seen some cleaning ladies work 70 hours a week to do so.

The lady said she would have to check with her boss.

@Maggie Tasseron: We don't own the house - we are wholesaling it - though the market value has gone up so much on it since the buyer in place did an assignment with us that it's gone from a very good deal to a stellar deal - we just need to get this lady out.

I have this one lady that I am acquiring from the purchase of a multifamily.

. :)... now in a highly appreciating market like Portland I am going to come out pretty good.. if this had been a flat market then it would have not been good at all.. as the lady lived there until she passed for free.
