Secured a lot of seed capital funding?

I dived into the BiggerPockets forums and started soaking up as much information as I could along with listening to the Podcasts.Don't let time or distance stop you from starting I was halfway around the world working 14hr days 7 days a week and I still managed to put in five offers on cabins and met people are hear willing to share their knowledge and time.

I really enjoy soaking up knowledge from local investors.

If you have clogged gutters that soak your yard, and a house with wet wood right next to that soaked yard, you just created a termite breeding heaven.

Looking to soak up as much knowledge as possible and constantly learn about the business.  

We have seeded our investment club with 500K in capital and looking for potential renovation/flips in the market, but the MLS has proven to be very competitive and with not a lot of meat on the bones left on the properties. 

I have read up to chapter 5 and I'm so stinking excited to jump in and get myself soaked in a new career.

I'm a newby to the real estate world so of course I am trying to soak up all the info around.

Also, at the end of that time I'd still have the same amount of (or more) seed capital on hand.I accept that all you wrote regarding lower costs for MFH is correct.

I am new to real estate but have been trying to soak up as much information as possible over the last couple of months.
