The goal is to add me to the title, I start making payments on the property for six months (seasoning period). 

I write offers on 8-10 a week from HUD/VA and the occasional fair market offering.

There was one stock that announced they are a crypto company and the stock surged 2600 percent in a week !

This was probably a few weeks worth of mail. 

For the last couple of weeks I haven't been able to clear my keyword alerts that have been read.

I am also stating my education for my real estate license next week.

The classes were a few nights per week for about a month.They really blasted through the info (lecture style) and had a one day crash refresher course I took a few days before my test.

I have thought a lot about this post over the past weeks and have decided to respond.

Being in California, I have to send a list of charges within 2 weeks, but she left no forwarding address.  

Unfortunately, we are like 2 weeks out from closing on the house so we wouldn't be able to make these changes in that time frame.I'll need to review the Quals for FHA to see if we could use it on our third home.
