I've actually seen the opposite play out several times where an extremely good PM can actually earn the owner more income overall while also saving them a lot of headaches at the same time.Things like doing a ton of ongoing research to optimize pricing and specials, listing and syncing across all marketing channels, and building up a large enough brand that people come back year after year can make such a huge difference and are pretty hard to do self-managing.I've seen one company double several owners incomes after coming on board.
