A little back round on me , unfortunately I'm currently in a position when school isn't an option (both my parents don't work, I pay rent,food,bills,etc etc ) at 22 and currently working a dead end job at a pizzeria isn't going to get me the financial freedom I desire so bad.

But i'm very good at saving money, i actually save between 50 to 60% of my income each months by choosing to live in my dads house ( i pay him a little, and share the food i buy sometimes).

The fridge is still under warranty, and was told the repair will be completed in a week due to a part that needed to be ordered.My tenant asked if she could be reimbursed for food lost the 3-4 days the fridge was not working well.
