I have looked at Box stores and I am not loving the particle board with stickers applied crap they are peddling

Our local building dept is not known for their creative and out of the box thinking.

If they don't come get it then hire someone with a box truck or rent one.  

Life is about to become difficult for the OCD crowd at BP ... things to put into boxes ... lots of people and lots of boxes ... 

I plan on obtaining a PO Box because the last thing I want is angry property owner at my house.

I also didn't change the locks on one and put about $500 worth of fixtures in the house (still in the box) that were gone the next day, but the previous occupant had a drug habit, I bought the house from his dad. 

To my knowledge, however, they only offer online ordering, so you have to assemble them yourself AND have (or use) an address that a large box truck or tractor trailer can make deliveries to. 

Just ask the seller if a mobile home can still occupy these lots or just go out there and check the boxes yourself.  

Sometimes they are a bit of a nightmare for me to get necessary paperwork out of to close a mortgage, so if timing is tight or you are in a rush...Close using some other insurance provider to check the box for the mortgage.
