There's much misconception regarding the roles of custodians and administrators, as well as the extent to which they should be relied on for advisory services.There are many excellent companies, but as the number of custodians/administrators has swelled it has become increasingly difficult to navigate the space.

Be prepared to keep following up with executors and once they make contact, be ready to help them out and build a relationship.

We have excellent credit, so I don't know why they didn't offer that type of loan.

My management corp has two accounts so far: one for the deposits and one for everything else.I'm keeping track of every subaccount on an excel sheet.I will probably open also a savings account for all the capex provision and year end tax.
