Especially if I hate what I'm doing degreed or not...While attempting to figure it out, I have since, demolished and build my deck, installed crown molding, installed carpets, refinished my kitchen cabinets, remodeled my bathroom, installed my irrigation system, built two window seats, installed windows, build a kitchen island, and designed and built a day bed out of a bunk bed...I had no clue on how to do any of those things, I got books, watched videos, and asked a lot of questions...

I know in Central PA they are offering up to 11,000 on closing costs, 1 % on tax stamps, and other perks such as new decks, accessories 1/2 off ect.

The upstairs also needs the floors refinished, painting, cleaning.The decks were okayed by an inspector according to the current owner but they look like they don't have many years left.The yard is like a jungle so it needs to be cut/trimmedSome of the siding shingles needs to be repaired or replacedThey ran new electrical wiring upstairs but it needs to be connected to the box in the basement.The owner has agreed to remove the dumpster currently in the front yard and clear out all the "trash" there before it sells.ARV: $98-102,000Repair costs: $20k on the mid/high sideUsing 70% of ARV and an assignment fee of $5k it looks like my MAO would be about $43k.

It will need:- New floors throughout the house- New roof- New deck- Paint, possibly even replacing dry wall (there are stained yellow patches throughout the home)- The basement to be finished- Brand New Kitchen- Brand new bathroomsI do not know the first thing about carpentry so I would have to find a reliable contractor but how do I find out the general cost for projects like those listed above in my area?

I built the deck you'll see, cleaned the roof and gutters, caulked stuff the painter missed and almost got involved in replacing windows and some other fun parts of the task.
