Hey I may be able to have some useful insight into this problem as I have worked at a car wash in the past, I'm unsure if this available to the general public and if so how much it would cost to purchase but we have this machine called a drive pur.

(I had to follow up just to find out) But it’s been 2 months.I tried calling their offices but i get passed on from one person to another and at the end it’s just an answering machine.

The machining solutions, BIM software and design software used to build large multi-unit buildings is insane.

(I do.)Now most renters that own their machines will have an electric dryer since that is more common, and they may have lived in a place where there was no gas service; in fact gas dryers usually have to be ordered if bought new.

However, it's wifi capable.I would also consider getting some smart key door locks for common areas and possible get a card operating laundry machine instead of my current quarter collecting system.I have a 5 unit apartment building.Need advice on hardware, software, or a vender who specializes in this.Thanks,

"Unique" items, or something that the average person knows little about can sometimes be boght cheap enough to resell on ebay (I have another friend who does this with sewing machines).I was at a HUD live auction and saw a couple of houses sell at auction for 10% more than the they could have been bought off the MLS that afternoon.

Not sure if it would be adequate to detect things like a broken washing machine hose or not before the place was swamped.

We'd also thought about making a "closet" just big enough for standard (not stackable) machines with bifold doors.

If I had a time machine I definitely would have done things differently when I bought my first in 1998.
