@Adam Bradley those are good places to get a rough idea of what is on your market. there is also Craigslist if you don't have MLS access. if you have an agent you can ask them to set a criteria on their MLS and Everytime a house comes on the market that matches that criteria you will get an e mail alert sent to you directly from the MLS.
