@Denise Evans  is there still such thing as Tax Surplus being that the bidding is interst only or am I missing something?

My teacher was tiffany stiles (or ross, i cant remember which she is now because she changed her name legally during the class), but i hear that Matt Davies, the other instructor, is really good as well. 

@Evan Jones thanks alot I've always found it difficult to stay on task if i finish one goal and don't the next one lined up, this is the first ive heard of that planner im gonna go check it out right now.
