Finally I will say about this subject that when starting out we should be willing to under charge (even if undercharging ourselves) and be willing to give out enormous value/performance not because we want to sell ourselves short but because we are trying to establish credibility with our customer.

Remodels closer to downtown on older homes have ashpalt-shingle roofs.Just an opinion, but unless you're doing something very custom, try to stick to what the neighborhood does and do not let your personal affinity for materials cloud your judgment on what the masses actually want.

It is up to him to collect whatever share his roommate and him worked out.Before that I always hated when one roommate would pay, the other would get behind and then the blame game began about who owes me what.I could just see that happening by putting two people down as responsible for payment.
