I know it can be nerve wrecking waiting for a response.

Its alot you have to have in place, your first will be brain wrecking, but they are sile once you do your first with the lender...I havent did one in a few years, But they are workable...

Of course they will wreck the house and never pay you a dime for it.

No bank, I qualify the renter and the borrower and I own craigslist when I post an ad:  "rent to own, great house and location, WRECKED CREDIT OK".  

Its nots the houses wrecking themselves or the landlords purposely wrecking the houses.. right ? 

If anyone has followed my recent posts about the train wreck that is my ex mentor, it's no surprise that I'd have problems with the mailings guy.My experience as a newbie is a warning to other newbies: stay away from shady people lest they trap you in their web/network of *&%#@.

As the wreck had just occurred at this point i was laid up with severe back and neck injuries requiring 324k in surgeries that I can't pay for and the at fault driver was not covered for.

But for me, they were a train wreck.

But apparently things have shifted fairly significantly since then and the only thing I can think of is the massive amount of rain we’ve had in such a short period of time.Much of the soil in the DFW area wrecks havoc on foundations.This is a slab construction, not pier and beam.

The yard was a wreck and they were patient as I found a landscaper.
