This is a much larger job than you'd think it would be, but if you add up the number of doors, shelves, window, baseboards, build ins, closets, etc there is a large area of woodwork that must be primed, touched up, and recoated.

All old windows (maybe 20 years old), and no insulation in house, could probably get by with what is there, but the woodwork around the windows needs to be replaced, it's ugly, owners children carved the wood and there are gaps where the cold air leaks. 11.

I would just need to send a certified mail when the job is done, earlier or at the maximum same day the items are moved.Out of the woodwork they came, I don't mind them coming to get their items, but I had spent a few hours boxing and inventorying items and getting them safely moved.

I can't tell you how many times I started a foreclosure as the junior lienholder with an existing first lien that had no relation to me, where a noob came out of the woodwork thinking they were going to bid on my $50,000 junior lien to buy a $600,000 house, did bid, did buy it and then got a notice of intent to foreclose from the senior lien holder 30 days later on a $600,000 balance. yeah, that happens.Anyway...that's my two cents.
