This is a much larger job than you'd think it would be, but if you add up the number of doors, shelves, window, baseboards, build ins, closets, etc there is a large area of woodwork that must be primed, touched up, and recoated.

Holes in the yard, shredded walls & woodwork, destroyed screens; I'd sure advise an ongoing inspection routine to keep on top of things.
